Learning Center', (which is frequently referred as ‘we’,

or programs that are linked to or recommended.
The
Coaching Sessions Extent Terms and Conditions
The coaching sessions
are subject to availability. These are to be negociated between
the coach and client for mutually available dates and times.
It is anticipated that during the contracted
coaching period, the coaching sessions will take place at approximately
weekly intervals or as otherwise agreed with the client. The services
provided by the coach to the client will be carried out by telephone,
or if available locally, or, as jointly agreed.
Coaching, which is not advice (although suggestions
may be offered), therapy or counseling, may address specific personal
projects, business success, or general conditions in the client's
life or profession. Other coaching services include value clarification,
brain-dumping, identifying plans of action, asking clarifying questions
and making empowering requests. The final coaching session will
be used for completion and review of progress made.
The coach promises the client that all information
provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential and no
details will be discussed with anyone. Throughout the working relationship
the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The
client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in
asking questions and making requests.
The client understands that the power of
the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client and
the client agrees to make it a powerful relationship. If the client
believes the coaching is not working, the client will communicate
this and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

The coaching programs
have been designed for the purpose of re-discovering your authentic
self, your purpose, creativity and power to make choices. It is
an experiment with a support structure that embraces the goals of
self-actualization, social contribution and spiritual enlightenment.
It is also here
to empower, to inspire and to support those seeking to make the
most of themselves. Necessarily this will involve making choices,
and may involve emotional states that are exhilarating, as well
as emotional zones that may be difficult to deal with. Please understand
that this institute is designed for healthy individuals who want
to responsibly grow in their life’s journey.
If you seek counseling,
or seek to better deal with intense emotional states like anger,
depression or negativity, or want direct guidance in relationships,
career and health, - please consult the services of a professional
who specializes in these areas. These programs are supplementary
and not a substitute for therapy.
Therefore by participating
in these programs, you understand that they are not offered as an
alternative mental health solution. Furthermore, by undertaking
these courses - you choose to responsibly apply the information
given, and to release Self-Actualization
Learning Center, Mr. John-James Angheli, support staff
and all other participating members from any losses, damages, claims
or injuries that you may suffer or claim to suffer from undertaking
these programs.
The intentions
behind this project is to provide the tools and inspiration for
self-actualization, in its personal, social and spiritual dimensions.
However, it cannot be predicted how this experiment will turn out
for each individual, nor how members will process the information,
and therefore Self-Actualization
Learning Center will not take responsibility for it.
If you think you
may need personal and direct counseling during this process, it
is your responsibility to consult with an accredited mental and
