Coaching Program.

our Change Habitualization Coaching Program, you will be working
with me, or if more appropriate, with one or more of my specialist
coaches within our team - to truly make change happen now. It’s
an intensive, sure-fire system to get long-lasting results:

One
of the things I’ve noticed about other coaching programs out
there, is that they’re open ended – where you invest
indefinitely, for improbable results. If you’ve always
wanted to participate in a coaching program, but were somewhat hesitant
of getting ‘roped’ into an ongoing relationship, that’s
long on sessions, but short on actual change – fear no

We’re
exactly the opposite. Our Change Habitualization Coaching
Program is designed for a 8-12 week time frame only, and works
with a specific change effort, which you direct. That
is, we mastermind to reach a desired result, which you’ll
see actualized into your actions, thoughts and emotions.

happens in the urgency of now. So we get straight to the point,
with a hold-your-hand at every step approach, for the habitualization
of a new way of being that is important to you. If this

This Program Works:
The
Change Habitualization Coaching Program is an intensive, concentrated
formula for creating breakthrough results in your life. We
have unique tools and proprietary technologies that are not taught
at any coaching school, to truly help you get to your next level
of excellence.
In
fact, as a side note here, whether you’re new or a veteran
to the coaching process, it is a pre-requisite condition that all
members must sign a confidentiality agreement, that what you will
learn, stays with you. The coaching structure and ideas
here have taken over five years of development, at a considerable
investment...

here’s basically how it works. There are two distinct
parts to this program:
1.
The Design Phase:
Here is where we’ll identify your strategic change effort
that brings you to a higher level of performance, the anatomy
of your habit that you’d want to develop, and the whole
range of resources you have at your disposal, to make it happen
- i.e. within this coaching program and outside of it.
2.
The Habitualization Phase:
Having drafted a definitive blueprint customized to your needs,
we then build the architecture of this new life change. Together,
we engage in a strategic 40 day habitualization program to bring
forth a set of new actions, thought patterns and Being Values.
For
this purpose, you have at your disposal the following tools:

Personal One-on-one Coaching Sessions:
i.
One Total Self-Assessment Coaching Session:
We
begin the Change Habitualization Coaching Program, with
a comprehensive objective assessment of your life - i.e. the
change effort within the context of your present external environment/
circumstances and your internal characteristics/ resources.
For
this purpose, we'll apply an integrated self-assessment
tool that takes into account all the relevant aspects of your
personality, your unique self-actualization pathway and measurements
of your holistic happiness dimensions.
This powerful self-awareness tool will help you better identify
the topography of your change efforts, the values at play, and
what you can leverage for best performance.
ii.
One Prescriptive Master-minding Coaching Session:
From
the integral analysis of your strength and weaknesses, opportunities
and threats - in the second hour long coaching session, we’ll
present you with a personalized blueprint for how to habitualize
a new change, and co-adjust it, as to best fit your wants and
needs.
Like
working with an architect, we’ll look at constructing a
complete custom solution – a custom-made framework for
the 40 day habitualization program - that is most appealing
to you, and that is most probable in giving you the results you
seek.
In
this session, we’ll present you with key revelations
into your strengths and how to best leverage them for making changes.
Your personality strengths, the strengths of your contextual position,
and the strength of your desired changes, will all be aligned
to optimize your greatest success opportunities.
This
may sound complex, but we'll break it all down for you in simple
terms, what it means and what specifically to do about it. We’ll
help you bring maximal self-awareness on your present position and
how to move to your desired destination through the 40 day program
- in light of the science of change.
After
this second session of the design phase, you’ll be ready
to go forth with your personal habitualization program.

Three Re-focusing Coaching Sessions:
Just
like in sailing, having identified your starting position and your
end destination, it is unlikely that your journey will be a
straight line. There are many forces, internal and external
that will shift you off track. That’s just the nature of life.
Successful people are usually the ones who are excellent
at executing plan Bs.
For
this purpose, we provide you with further personalized support,
during your 40 day habitualization pathway - with
3 short, but intensive coaching sessions, to get you back on track.
These
are 10-15 minute power-coaching sessions, where we get straight
to the point – whether you want to adjust your strategies,
to keep you accountable, to soundboard your insights, or to get
you re-motivated. This is your time to be coached
on anything you need, to get the results you seek.
The
Four Faculties 40-Day Habitualization Program
During
the duration of your habitualization phase, you will be given
access to a set of unique resources for developing the faculties
of self-awareness, rational conscience, imagination and free will.
The
importance of these faculties have been explained in the 7th insight
of the 'How to Make Change Happen' online course here, but simply
put, their development will support you in expanding your personal
power and your fundamental capacities for higher performance.
On
the Four Faculties section of this website, you'll find a
complete system comprised of: written lessons,
questionnaires and exercises, as well as audio mental entrainment
tools - i.e. spoken word, guided coaching sessions to tap into
more of your potential.
This
is the backbone of the 40 day habitualization phase, and it serves
as both a source of knowledge and a workout plan for transformation.
